Your reflections are yours.

Your account details (name, email), the optional profile answers you give at sign-up, your assessment answers, your daily priorities, check-offs, grades, ratings and written reflections, and any trial feedback you choose to share.

If you subscribe, our payment provider, Stripe, processes your card. We never see or store your full card number.

To run your practice: saving your choices, calculating grades and streaks, showing your history and weekly review, and sending membership emails. Owner reports use totals and averages across all members, never your written reflections.

Your reflections and assessment answers are private to your account. If you join a Thrive Together circle, members of that circle see only whether you’ve set your practice, how many actions you completed, and your daily grade.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Personal memberships are separate from Canvas 360 consulting. We do not share an individual member’s practice data with an employer or client organization.

You can update your profile at any time from your account page. To export or delete your account and data, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Data is stored with an established cloud provider, protected by access rules so each member can only read their own records, and transmitted over encrypted connections.
